j.A - fly forward, air punch
j.B - fly forward, air double knee
j.C - fly forward, punch downward
D Moves

D lets Elizabeth charge her steam meter. All of her normal moves get a boost of attack power the higher the steam meter is.

5D- slow recovery, fast charge
2D- fast recovery, slow charge
any direction + j.D - lets her air dash in that direction, uses meter.
6D- super forward dash
4D- super reverse dash

Specials

236C/D-Steam Punch - Elizabeth gets ready and dashes forward with a strong punch. Chargeable and can be done in the air.
C version - doesn't go that far.
D version - goes REALLY far, but uses steam meter.

623C/D-Steam Uppercut - Elizabeth does a powerful uppercut fueled by steam.
C version - doesn't go up too far, good recovery though.
D version - jets up with steam behind her. lots of invincibility, but recovery is really bad on whiff.

360A/B/C/D-Steam Burst - Steam bursts out from Elizabeth's dress in every direction. The button pressed changes how much and how large the radius of the attack is. can be done in air.
A version - size 1 meter 1
B version - size 2 meter 2
C version - size 3 meter 3
D version - size 4 meter 4

Supers
720D - Super Steam Burst Just like steam burst but nearly entire screen and unblockable. Requires full steam meter.

236236CD - Mega Steam Punch- Just like Steam Punch except more powerful. Uses the remaining steam meter. Power depends on how much steam is left. Usable in the air.

Notes

A very basic character with a charge function. I hope that the higher than average defense along with the good mobility will make this character formidable.

D Moves

"Accounter"

Jake Teller using his super-mathematical genius discovers the exact way to counter you if you do what he wants you to do. D moves counter on hit. (including supers.) Counters can be canceled at anytime to throw a projectile, except for the 4D/j.D counter.
5D- counters all mid and high non-projectiles moves.
2D- counters all low non-projectile moves.
6D- counters all throws with a back-throw.
4D/j.D - Counters all projectiles with a fast version of a space pen. Countered projectile is destroyed.

Specials

236A/B/C - Pen Throw - Different Pens do different things. Can be done in Air.
A version - Fountain Pen. Thrown Straight. In air, thrown straight down.
B version - Quill Pen. Thrown at 45 degrees do a loop halfway through. In air, thrown straight and does 3 loops and drops to the ground.
C version - Space Pen. Thrown down at the ground at an angle. In air, thrown up at an angle. Bounces off of walls and other projectiles. Goes through enemies, travels at a slower speed.

632146A/C - Triple Pen - Throws three pens at once. Can be done in air as well.
A version - Throws three fountain pens.
C version - hops back and throws three space pens. MUCH slower than C version.


Supers

214214C-Pen God- Jake Teller becomes a pen throwing god for 10 secs
While in Pen God mode:
All presses of the A button: Jake throws a fountain pen.
All presses of the B button: Jake throws a quill.
All presses of the C button: Jake throws a space pen.
The D button still works the same, but all counters throw pens at the end as well.
Doing specials rewards the player with throwing twice as many pens.

236236D-Cooking the Books- Jake teller does a crazy awesome counter. If the player hits while there are active frames, Jake attacks with the awesomeness of accounting. White flash on the screen. Comes back with Jake standing This move will require a lot of stamina.

Notes
Jake Teller is ridiculous. His combos will be ridiculous. But this actually fits his character. He is supposed to be really good at math. LIKE REALLY GOOD. One of the best to show that in a fight is by throwing things at the opponent super accurately. Even better, throw things that bounce off of things that bounce off of other things to hit the opponent. How exciting.
